• Devices ship with batteries at 80% charge and are ready to use straight out of the packaging. 

• To charge the device use a USB-C charger (5 VDC) to charge the device. Devices will take approximately 30 minutes to charge fully.

• Use a 510 threaded battery, at 3.2V (use 3.7V for higher temperature vaporization)

• Verify your battery is charged and operating properly, and that the cartridge is threaded into the battery correctly. 

• Check for obstructions in the mouthpiece, and that the threads and the center post contact on the bottom of the cartridge are all clean. If the cartridge is very cold it will need to be warmed prior to use.
